AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 29, SERIES OF 1955, OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO,
ENTITLED: 1 AH ORDINANCE FOR ZONING THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, TO REGULATE THE LOCATION,
APPEARANCE, SIZE, CHARACTER AND USE OF BUILDING HEREAFTER ERECTED OR ALTERED, AND FOR
SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE CITY INTO DISTRICTS, PRESCRIBE PENALTIES FOR THZ VIOLATION or ITS PROVISIONS, AND TO PK>VIDB l'OR ITS ENFORCEMENT AND A BOARD OF AI>JUSTMENT, SUCH

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 16, Ordinance No. 3, Series ot 1940, as
above entitled, and Sections 4 and 5, Article 60, Chapter 1J9, c. R. s. 1953, the
property deecribed ae Lots 25 to JO inclueive, Block 4, Logandale, and Lots 44 to 48,
inclusive, Block 8, Logandale, be, and it is hereby removed from the use, height and
area regulRtione ot Section 6, Ordinance No. J, Series or 1940, 1 A-1 Farm Residence
District Regu1at1ona 1 , and said property be, and it ie hereby designated aa 1 11-1
Special Industrial District•, subject to the use, height and area regulations aet forth
in Section 9A, Ordinance No. 3, Series or 1940, as amended by Ordinance No. 29, Series
or 1955, and that the Building Zone Map attached to and a part or said Ordinance Mo. 3,
Seriee or 1940, be, and it is hereby amended to show the property herein described as
being entirely in said 1 X-l Special-Industrial District• tor use, height and area
regulations.
SECTION 2. That all requirements concerning notice and hearing have been accomplished
in accordance with Statute.
SECTION J. The City Council finds, determines, and declares that this ordinance ie

Planning Commission commending them on the work they have done on the Nev Zoning

City Clerk shall certify said aseeeement to the treasurer or Arapahoe County who shall extend
aaid assessment upon the tax roll and collect same in the same 11&nner ae other taxes
