Broadway t o the junction with State Highway No. 70 n Englewood, be abandoned as part of the State Highway System, effective w-;EREAS , the City Council of t h e Ci ty of Englewo od , Colorado, hereby finds declares,a'ld determines that the abandoned portion of State Hi gh wa y No . 87 desc ribed in the aforesaid resulution lies within tbe City of En glewood and is necessary for use as a public street within the said City, known and denaninated as s.
