Dale Rea, Consulting Engineer, for the South Santa Fe Water and Sanitation District( which include• the property from Yale Avenue south to Hampden Avenue and !'rom Santa Fe Drive vest to the · Platte River) asked the City of En glewood if they would handle the ....-age tor' the District.
