After discussion, it was decided that a notice be published and bids would be received on or before March 15, 1954 for the sale and removal. Notice to be published in the En el ewood Press and Englewood Herald, March 4th and 11th, 1954. Preliminary Street plans for 1954 were presented by Mr. Flint and it was agreed that he should proceed on the plans a s submitted. They were requested to present it t o the Wa ter Board. Mr. Hague of the Ox-Bow Sub-division c am e in re gar dine; the grading of streets in the Ox-Bow Sub-division. He was told the City would cut and grade the streets. Mr. Dale Rea presented a contra ct regarding water explorat ion drilling, however any contra ct would be de f erred un til t he Water Board could get the State Board to OK such· development.
