to the needs for extra e qu~pment for Civil Defense. They requested the Council

truck .

Mr. Giseburt asked permission to use the City Hall Council Room for the State Young

agreed.

be and they are hereby, declared vacated, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 217 1
Session Laws of Colorado, 1949. The City of En g le ~~od, however, expressly reserves the

and appurtenances, if 8111',and for now existing electric, telephone and similar lines and

Section 4. It is expressly provided that title to said vacated streets, roadways, rights or way and alleys shall v est in accordance wi th Section 2 (C), Chapter 217 1 Session Laws
of Colorado, 1949. .
Section 5. The City Council hereby rtnds, determine3 and declares that this ordinance is
necessary fo r the i.mmedinte preservat.1on of the public peace, health, safety and convenience.
Section 6. In the opinion or the City Council an emercency exists; therefore, this
ord1riirice shall take effect and b~ in force from a nd after its final passage and publication.
