EMOIEWOD,, AND PROHIBITING THE TAMPERING IN ANY MANNER WITH THE P'ACILITIF.S OP' THE
SAID S~ SYSTEM AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES TJ£REOF.
BE IT rfiDAINED BT THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF ENOIA'OOD, COLORADO.
Section 11 The dumping of' sludie or the contents or septic tank•, cesspool•, and
grease trans or pits into the sanitary sever system of the City of ~lewood, is
hereby prohibited.
Section 21 Tamperi.na, in any manner whatsoever, with the said sewer system, or with
any of it• facilities is hereby prohibited • •
Section )1 All Ordtnances or portions of Ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereb;r repealed.
Section 4: "n;y-person or person, til"ll, association or corporation, who shall violate
&l1T provision of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be tined not le••
than 13.00 nor more than $JOO.OO tor each violation.
Section Si The City Council hereby finds, determines, and declares that this
