That said petitions were signed by more than fifty (Sa,C) per cent of the resident land owners in said territories. Section 3. That said petitions were in conformity with Chapter 314, 1947 Session Laws of COioradO, and that said petitions were accepted in accordance with statute by resolution and ~t publication of notice of acceptance has been made in accordance wit.h law, and no counter-petitions have been tiled. Section 4. That said herein described parcel or parcels of property be, and they are here\iY are, declared annexed to the City of &lglewood, Colorado, and are hereby made a part of said City, pursuant to Section 2, Chapter 314, 1947 Session Lan of Colorado. Mr. Griffin with the General Iron stttted the General Iron Works were not willing to be annexed.
