Beginning at a point on the West line of said Section 3, which point is 6.30 tee'\.,

more or less to the city lilllit line of the City ot Engl.ewood5 thence in a
Souther]¥ direction along the city limit line of the City or Inglewood to the
point where said city limit line intersects with the North line of West Oxtord

1. That petitioners represent one hundred per cent of the qualified land owners
and electors in the territory hereinabove described.
2. That said territory is not embraced wit hin the limits of &nT cit7, city and count7,
or incorporated town; that said territory abuts upon and is cantipoua to the civ
liaita or the City of l!:nglewood in a manner which will afford reuonable ingress
and egress thereto, and that no less than one-sixth or the aggregate external
boundaries of said territory coincides with the existing boundary of said CitT of.
