WHEREAS, the 1924 American -MaFrance Fire Truck owned b y the City of Englewood is obsolete and is unfit for furthur service in the Fire Department, and · WHIRF.AS, the Chier or the Fire Department has recommended that this ~t .. be salvaged and sold to the best advantage to the City of Englewood, NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said Chief o~ the Fire Departmnt be and he is authorized to salvage and dispose of the said fire truck in the manner deemed best, in his judgement, and the proceeds bf such sale remitted to the City Clerk of the City ot Englewood. That Section 25 (A) (7) be, and it is hereby, amended by striking therefran the words "2-1/2 feet" and substituting therefor the words "5 feet"• SECTION $9 That Section 25 (A) be, and it is h ereby, ~dec:l by adding thereto Sub- section "(18) on west Hampden Avenue from the Hest city limit line of the City ot Englewood to South Bannock Street within 20 feet of the cross-walk at an intersection.• SECTION 6.
