For Against Abstained Othoniel Sierra x Chelsea Nunnenkamp (Seconded By) x Joe Anderson (Moved By) x Steven Ward x Rita Russell x Cheryl Wink x Jim Woodward x 7 0 0 Motion CARRIED. 6 Appointments, Communications, Proclamations, and Recognition There were no Appointments, Communications, or Proclamations. 7 Recognition of Scheduled Public Comment a) Gary Kozacek, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding infrastructure and developmment in the City. 8 Recognition of Unscheduled Public Comment a) Daniel Read, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding the process for a PUD approval. b) David Frisbee, an Englewood resident, will address Council regarding the frustration and confusion for the process of the public hearing. c) Kathleen Bailey, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding her concerns for environmental contamination on automotive industrial sites. d) James Myers, an Englewood resident, addressed Council asking for potential resources to help him with a dispute with his employer. There were no Ordinances on Second Readings submitted for approval. c) Resolutions and Motions There were no Resolutions or Motions submitted for approval. 10 Public Hearing Items a) Public hearing for a planned unit development at 1314 West Oxford Avenue (Sam's Automotive Property) Moved by Council Member Steven Ward Seconded by Council Member Joe Anderson MOTION TO OPEN THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AT 1314 WEST OXFORD AVENUE (SAM'S AUTOMOTIVE PROPERTY). For Against Abstained Othoniel Sierra x Chelsea Nunnenkamp x Joe Anderson (Seconded By) x Steven Ward (Moved By) x Rita Russell x Cheryl Wink x Jim Woodward x 7 0 0 Motion CARRIED. All testimony was given under oath. Marcus Pockner speaking on behalf of the applicant, Embrey Partners, formally requested to postpone the Public Hearing regarding the planned unit development at 1314 West Oxford Avenue (Sam's Automotive Property) to March 6, 2023. Discussion ensued.
