For Against Abstained Othoniel Sierra x Rita Russell x Cheryl Wink x Chelsea Nunnenkamp x Joe Anderson (Seconded By) x Jim Woodward x Steven Ward (Moved By) x 7 0 0 Motion CARRIED. 5 Off-Leash Dog Update a) Director of Parks, Recreation, Library and Golf Christina Underhill, Code Enforcement Manager Dave Lewis, Open Space Manager Adrian Torres, and Open Space Activities Supervisor Lindsay Peterson were present to provide an update for off-leash dog program. 6 Large Utility Designation a) Utilities and South Platte Renew Director Pieter Van Ry, and Utilities Deputy Director – Business Solutions Sarah Stone were present to discuss the large utility designation. 7 Break The meeting recessed at 7:30 p.m. for a break. The meeting reconvened at 7:40 p.m. with all Council Members present. 8 Land Use Discussion and Typology Follow-Up a) Planning Manager Bryan Isham, and Matt Ashby, Ayers Associates Chris Brewster, Multistudio were present to discuss Land Use and Typology Follow- Up. The meeting recessed at 9:27 p.m. for a break. The meeting reconvened at 9:35 p.m. with all Council Members present. Moved by Council Member Othoniel Sierra Seconded by Council Member Joe Anderson Motion to amend the Resolution by adding Michael Vinson to the Code Enforcement Advisory Committee.
