WHEREAS , t he Ma lley Ce nter Trust Fund was establi s hed fo r the use a nd benefit of the
Englewood Senior Cit ize n Rec rea ti on Ce nter known as the Elsie Mall ey Ce ntenni al Ce nte r:
and
WHEREAS , the Trustees recommend to the City Co uncil appropriations fro m the Trust
Fund for the use a nd benefit of the Elsie Mall ey Ce ntennial Ce nter; a nd
WHE REAS . Se lw yn G. Hewitt is a current membe r of the Malley Ce nter Trust Fun,., ,,nrl
WH EREAS , Selwy n G. Hewitt's current te rm expires April 20 , 2002 ; and
WHEREAS , Selwyn G. Hewitt has ap pli ed for reappointment to the Ma ll ey Ce nter Trust
Fund for anoth er term ;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY OF
E NG LEWOOD , COLORADO . THAT:
