C o mmissio n approved th e Pr elim ina ry Plat and directed th e appli ca nt to prepare the Fi nal Pl at. Th e
Commission th en voted to forward th e Final Plat to City Council wi th a recomm endati on for approval.

th e south, Sou th Windermere Str ee t o n th e w est and South Navajo Str ee t l o the east. Su rrounding properly
is zo ned 1-1 , Li ght Industria l Dis trict and contains'. pica l industrial distric t uses. A djoinin g th e ea st property
line of Lo i 2 is a no nconforming resi d entia l use . ,'he res idential use is zon ed 1-1 and Is subject 10 1-1 District
re gulatio ns. The ar ea across Sou th Windermere 31ree I fr o m lhe subject p roperty is Reg iona l Tra nsportation
