This action was taken in June as we ha(J just moved into Civic Center. RECOMMENDED ACTION Approve a resolution designating the bulletin board on the 1st floor north entry lobby of Englewood Civic Center as the Official Posting Place for all notices of the City of Englewood . BACKGROUND, ANALYSIS, AND ALTERNATIVES IDENTIFIED The OPEN MEETINGS LAW , State Statute§ 24-6-402 (2) (c) requires that "a local public body shall be deemed to have given full and timely notice if the notice of the meet ing is posted in a designated public place within the boundaries of the local public body no less than twenty-four hours prior to the holding of the meeting. The public place or places for posting such notice shall be designated annually at the local public body's first regular meeting of each calendar year ." FINANCIAL IMPACT None LIST OF ATTACHMENTS
