Byron Wicks reviewed his employment service with the City of Glendale and the Larimer
County Sheriffs Deparunent. Mr. Wicks understands that the service with Glendale is
included as service time for the calculation of benefit for the Englewood Plan. He also
requests the Board consider adding his time with Larimer County toward his service credits.
Chairperson Wood re:alled approving service credit for the period Mr. Wicks was with
Glendale . The Board ,viii review the documentation on file and revisit the matter to verify
credit was approved for u:e service as a Glendale police officer. Chairperson Wood stated
that it is his understanding .fiat the Colorado State Statutes allow for. service credits to
transfer between municipalities. but not from sheriffs deparunents.
