WHEREAS , the Englewood City Cot•ncil paaaed Ordinance No. 19, Series Jf 1996 which modiCied the Englewood Municipal Code ;n regard to disciplinary appeals; and WHEREAS , Ordinance No. 19 repealed the duties of the En1lewood Career Service Board and provided that in matters of disciplinary appeala , the City Council would appoint hearing offi<en to hold hearings and make findings and dsterminationa; and WHEREAS , the passage of tW.s resolution will provide a list of persons for appoinb.lent as hearing oflicera for d.iSC1plinary grievance ■ for a period of one year with tho right to be reappointed by Council on an annuai buia; NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD .
