WHEREAS , there is a vacancy in the Englewood Dow ntown Deve lopment u1bori ty ; and WHEREAS, Rosemary LaPorte has a pplied lo serve as a member of the Englewood D"'-' ntown Development Authority; and WHEREAS , the Eng lewood City Council desires to arpoint Rooemcry La'.'orta to the Englewood Downtown Developm ent Authority : NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY f'F ENGLEWOOD , COLORADO , THAT: Sl:l:l.iwl.l -Rosemary LaPorte is hereby appointed to the Engle ,od Downtown Deve lopment Authority.
