A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OR CONDEMNATION OF A PARCEL
OF !..AND ON CERTAIN LA.'1DS WJTH1N THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO , TO
PROVIDE IMPROVED RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD,
COLORADO.
WHEREAS, to prociect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of
Englewood , it is necessary to provide improved recreational facilities: and
WHEREAS, the City of Englewood. Colorado has, in the exercise of ita public powers,
determined that it is oeceaa.ry to acquire property for the purposes of improving the
recreational fa..riJ.itiell in the City of Englewood.
WHEREAS , tlu.s property, because of it.a locatio n, is the best suited for the City's
p urposes, is within ,u municipal boundaries and will require the acquisition by the City of
Engle wood from the ow.ne r or owners , or other persons having n record interest therein and
bas allocated fun.i. therefore;
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVE D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ENGLEWOOD , COLORADO, THAT:

with the owner of the pan:el as to the fair market value , the City Attorney is authorized to
