a) Director of Finance Jackie Loh was present to review the November Monthly
Financial Report.
b) City Clerk Stephanie Carlile and Senior Planner John Voboril were present to
discuss options for the 2023 redistricting.
The meeting recessed at 6:40 p.m. for a break.
The meeting reconvened at 7:00 p.m. with all Council Members present.

The regular meeting of the Englewood City Council was called to order by Mayor
Sierra at 7:00 p.m.
