Council Member Nunnenkamp responded to Public Comment. The meeting recessed at 8:27 p.m. for a break. Jimmy McCloskey of Embrey Partners, Marcus Pacher a Land Use and Community Outreach Coordinator, and Bonnie Niziolek of Norris Design presented information regarding the proposed planned unit development at 1314 W Oxford Avenue. 13 citizens spoke in favor of the proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) for the Sam's Automotive redevelopment. 19 citizens spoke in opposition to the proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) for the Sam's Automotive redevelopment. Discussion ensued.
