WHEREAS , the City Cou nc il wish es to appoint Lorraine Hayes as Acting City
Manager with the full author ity of the pos itio n, as provided in the City Charter of the Ci ty of
Englewood: and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED UY THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE C ITY
