In th is act ion sin ce we have been able lo negotiate a resolution of th e is ues we ar e not bearing th e burd en of man y of th ese costs ; how ever , we wou ld propos e that th ese sum s be used to off-se t ce rta in inconve ni ence s to th e property owner . Specifically th e tenant would li ke to have si gn age for one year on th e property , the tenan t would also lik e to be abl e to vacate the premises by April 10, 1994 . We believe that both of these option s are appr opr iate under th e circum stance s, th e nee market operated by the tenant has certa in month to month te nan cie s that will req uire lim e to te rminate and to remove personal properly from the site. In addition , t<> relocate is a heavy burden , and by allowing the sicnnce which will redirect what e,•er traffic th at do es come lo the si te to the fl ea market's new locati on, will redu ce the imp act of th e ta king. In th e interim , that is betw ee n si cning of th e con t ract nnd Ap ril 10, 1994 , th e City will be nut ho ri zed to ac ce ss th e property fo r its development purp os es, see Addi tional Pr o\i sions Pnrn cra ph 5 and Le u er dated April 23, 1993 .
