STAFF ANA LYSI S The City of Eng lewood has established , by resolution, compensation plans for the p-oups designated above. The insurance premiums for the City Se lf-Fund ed 1-.!edical and City Se lf-Funded Dental for 1993 r emain a t the 1992 rate. The Comprecare ra te s have increased slightly. FINANCIAL The attached Resolutions outline the proposed compensation increase and insurance premiums. The approximate financial impact of the wage increase is as follows: General Services Managerial and Supervisory Employees Fire Division Managerial and Supervisory Employees Police Division Managerial and Supervisory Employees Confidential Employees Part-time, Benefits-Eligible Employees TOTAL 1993 Increases $79,212 $14,610 $22,376 $24,789 llMll2 $157,592
