A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CONFIDENTIAL
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD FOR THE YEAR 1992 .
WHEREAS, by Cha rter amendment effective April 13 , 1981, City Counci l provided
fo r the es tabli shment of confi denti a l employees within the service of the Ci ty of Englewood; nnd
WHEREAS, by virtue of managerial duti es assigned lo these positions by the City
Mnnnger, it has been determined that they are confidential and therefore excluded from
membership, participation, or representation in any collectively bargained employee
sys tem of the City of Englewood; and
WHEREAS, under the Compensation and Benefits Plan for confidential
employees, City Council desires lo establish the pay rates and insurance rates for the year 1992 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, THAT:
~ The pay for confidential employees of the City of Englewood for tha
cnlen dnr year 1992 shall increase by 3%.
~ The City will pay 85% per month of the premium co st for depend en t nnd
single coverage . Emp loyees will pay 15% of the monthly premium cost for si ngl e and
dependent coverage. The costs lo be paid by said employees for health and den la I
insurnnce C:O\•e rage sha ll be as follows:
