PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS INCLUDE: 1. A Reaolut ion for a Compensation Plan system for Permanent, General Service Managerial and Superv isory employees. The resolution provides to,: a 3\ pay increase effective January 1, 1991, and employees will pay S23 .10 per month toward the pr emium cost of single coverage health insu rance or S68.40 per month tc..ward the premium cost of dependent health in ■u r ance coverage on the City Self-Funded Medical plan; or S17.85 per month toward single coverage or S47 .85 par month toward total dependent coverage on the Comprecare Plan; and $3.15 per month tow,.rd total single dental coverage or $9. 75 per month toward total dependent coverage . 2 .
