insurance programs offered by the City of i;)iglewood; and

The City of Englewood, b y Charter Amendment , provi ded for the establishment of
managerial and cc.nfidential employees within the service o f the City. Thu ■, such
employee ■ are excluded from representation in an) collectively barga ined employee
relation ■ syatem; in addition, permanent , pal."t-time employees ara also excluded from
such representation, therefore, separate resolut i ons are necessary to provide for
wage and benefit adjustments.
PROPOSED JtE SOLUTiONS INCLUDE:
1. A Re ■olution for a compensation Plan Sy stem for Permanent, Ger aral Serv i ce
Managerial and ~upervisory employees . The resolution prcivide1 for a 3\ pay
incraa1e effective JanuarJ 1, 1931, and employee s will pay $23 .10 per month
toward the premium c ost of single coverage h ealth insurance or $66.40 per month
toward the premium cost of dependent health insurance coverage on the City
Self-Funded Medical pla 11; or S1 7.85 per month toward single coverage or S47.85
per month toward total dependent coverage on t11e Comprecare Plan; and $3 .1 5 per
month toward total s i.1 q la dental coverage o r S9 . 75 per month toward total
dependent coverage.

employees of the City of Englewood Fire 0opartment. The resolution pro vi de ■
