The meeting recessed at 6:42 p.m. for a break. Kimberly Mitchell submitted a written statement to the City Clerk's Office. d) C. Ann Dickerson, an Englewood resident, addressed Council regarding City Council. Council Member Woodward responded to Public Comment. 9 Consent Agenda Items Council Member Russell removed Agenda Item 9(a)(i) from Consent Agenda.
