CLARK AFFOC'rING CERTA IN REAL PROPER'rY CONTAINING ·rHE ENGLl:l'IOOD
RESERVOIR AND CMNED BY TH E CITY OF ENGLEJ.<iOOD .
WHEREAS , on March 20 , 197 8 , the City enter ed into a n ag ree-
ment with Rampar t Investmen ts Co r porat ion arrl !lrooke w. Banbury
affecting certain rea l property owned by the CiLy of Englewood ;
and
WHERFAS, Ri chard K. Cl ark and Ju ne K. Cl a r k are successo rs in
interest to Brook e W. Banbu ry i n said agreenent ; and
WHERF.AS , said agreanent ~xov ided , in pa r t , fo r an exclus ive
l ease for a term of twenty years frcxn date of the ag reane nt for a
port i on of the su rface of the north part of Eng l ewood Re servo ir
sufficient to build and al l ow access to a tennis court ; and
WHEREAS , the City desires to bu)• out the rights to sa i d l ease
fr001 the Clarks ;
