WHEREAS, the 2800 block of s . 0Tlerson Street i s included in
Pavi ng Distric t No . 30 ; a nd
WHEREAS , the existing stt eet dead ends at the City Ditch in
frnnt of 2882 s . Eme t son Stteet , owned by the Bickhatds, who
r equested that the City const rnct a c ul de sac at the dead e nd to
fac ilitate turning of l a t ge vehicles such as f ite trnc ks and ttash
p i ckup trncks ; and
WHEREAS , Ci ty has agreed on the condition it t ece ive a
pern,anent easement ftan the ptopetty owners on which part o f the
cul de sac would be constructe::l ; and
WHEREJ\S , the prnpet ty owners have agreed to grant a n easement
to the City whe r eby they r eta in owne r ship of the prnper ty necessar y
to meet futur e construc tion/lot-coverag e requi rene nts ;
