negotiator to make an offer to the property owue;r of 3601 South Logun
Sti:c:.et for the purchase of snid p r operty . This offer s hall be based
on the appraisal of this prope rty by Thom as Olmsted , which was s u b-
mitted on J anuary 31 , 1983.
Section 2 ,
Th e Englewood Urban Renewal Authority a uthorizes t he payme nt of $5 ,000
in earnest money to the 36 01 South Logan Street prop e rty own er con-
tingen t u pon his acceptance o f the offer made by the Urban Rcnewul
Authority negotiator. This earnest money will apply tow ard the t otnl
purchase p rice of the property unde r consid eration.
