The amount of offscreet parking to be provided complies with the requi rements of Section 22.5 -5a(l0) of the Comprehensi ve Zoning Or dinance r,[ t he City of Englewood , Colorado . 5. Within the Planned Dev elopme nt, con n ide r a tion ha s be en given to the location , de si gn, and height o f the building s to assure privacy an d a pleas ant en v ironme nt , 6 . •rhe proposed Planned Development has acces s to a publi c s treet , South Cla rkson Street, and the i nte r nal drive ways are accessible to emergency vehicles. 7. Acces s is provided f rom the apartment units t o ope n space betw een t he builuings without conflict with vehicular traffic . 8. These condominiums wil l provide needed housing in thi s area , thus helping to achieve on e of the goals of th o c ,.,n prnhon si v ,• PJ i.rn . The Cit y Council decides: IT lS HEREBY DECIDED that th!s Council adopt the foregoing Findi ngs and Conclusions upon said application and app rove the Plann e d Development application 111-83.
