WHEREAS, the City of Englewood, by Charter J\mendmcnt
effective April 13, 1911, provided for the establishment of
managerial and auperviaory employees within the service of the
City of Bnglewood1 and
""~' the City of Snglewood deems it ia neceaaary to
eatabli•h 11aD&gerial and auperviaory employee• with full responsi-
bility to th• City in order that the City be able to fulfill it•
aiaaion to provide co111petent, responsible government to Englewood

mms, by virtue of supervisory or managerial duties
aaaigned to poaitiona by th• City, the City of Englewood Career
Service Board ha• deterained that the following positions are
managerial or supervisory and as such are therefore excluded from
.. mberahip, participation and/or representation in any collectively
