• 2. The whole coat of said improvements with in Paving
.District No. 25 ia the amount of $962,500, said amount including
coat• of inspection, collection, incidentals and interest as
allowed by law. The City of Englewood will pay approximately
$195,400 toward th• total coat, leaving the amoun~ of $767 ,000
to be aaaeased against the property specially benefited and
included with the district. The amount to be assessed against
each lot or tract of land i• set forth in the assessment roll
filed with the City Council.
3. 'ftlat any complaints or objections which may be made
in writing by the owners of land within the District, to the City
Council and filed in the off ice of the Director of Finance on or
before Thursday, May 3, 1979, will be considered and heard by the
City Council at the .. eting of the City Council, on Monday May 14,
1979. The City Council shall also hold a public hearing at the
•-time on the Ordinance levying the assessments1 prior to the
final passage thereof.
4. Any complaint or objection to the validity of the
••saess•ents or the proceedings taken therefor shall be deemed
waived unless presented in writing at the time and in the manner
set forth above.

5. That if any one or more sections or parts of this
Resolution shall be adjudged unenforceable or invalid, such
judg•ent shall not affect, i•pair or invalidate the remaining
provision• of this Resolution, it being the intention that the
various provision• hereof are severable.
