RESOLUTION NO. 32 , SERIES OF 1976 ---
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REVISED SCHEDULES FOR METERED
WATER SERVICE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Englewood,
Colorado, at a regular session held November 3, 1975 adopted
Resolution No. 58, Series of 1975, establishing certain water
rate schedules; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain changes
are necessary to provide for additional water revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, as follows:
SECTION 1. RATE NO. 3. (Metered Service) Outside
City, under the City of Englewood RATE SCHEDULES FOR WATER
SERVICE, effective January 1, 1976, is revised to read as
follows:

APPLICABILITY:
RATE NO. 3
(METERED SERVICE) OUTSIDE CITY
Effective October 1, 1976
Available to consumers on meters taking
service outside the corporate limits of the
City of Engelwood, Colorado, as of October 1,
1976.
Applicable for residential, commercial and
industrial service as set forth under the
Rules and Regulations adopted by the City
Council and as amended from time to time.

The minimum monthly charge for any size meter serving
any one consumer on one premise, shall entitle that consumer
to the use of water at the regular rate schedule in an amount
sufficient to absorb the minimum charge, shall be computed at
the regular quantitative rate schdule applicable for such
service.
PAYMENT: The above rates for metered water service are
net. All bills are due and payable upon receipt
of same and become delinquent fifteen (15) days
after date of bill .

All requirements relative to meters shall be in
accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Water
Department. No bill will be rendered for water while service
is shut off at the curb box.
