A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, TO CREATE
A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT IN THE CITY TO
88 DESIGNATED AS PAVING DISTRICT NO. 22,
ADOPTING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
PROPOSED DISTRICT, AND ORDERING PUBLICATION
AND MAILING OF NOTICE ·oF HEARING TO THE OWNERS
or THE PROPERTY TO BE ASSESSED FOR IMPROVEMENTS

pavln9, curb and gutter and sidewalk improvements, together with
neceaaary incidentals, on tho•• street• and avenues which are '
