WllEREAS, pursuant to Part 11, Section 68 of the Englewood Home Rule Charter, City Council may appoint one or more Associated .Judges, who shall sit at such times and upon such causes as shall be determined by the presiding Municipal Judge; and WHEREAS, previously hereto, other Associate Munic- ipal Judges have become unavailable as a result of the press of legal business, the City Council finds that it is necessary to appoint an Associate Judge of the Munic- ipal Court. NOW, TllEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO: Section 1. That Joseph W. Esch shall be and hereby i s appointed as Associate Municipal Judge in and for the City of Englewood, Colorado. Said Associate Judge to serve at the pleasure of Council or until he shall resign or otherwise be unable to serve . Section 2. 'fhat the salary of said Associate Judge s hall he a s h e retofore cstahlisl1c<l by City Council.
