HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974 Resolution No. 033• • • RESOLUTION NO. ..::/.:! __ , SERIES OF 1974 RESOLUTION APPOINTING J. LOUIS PARKINSON, ESQ., ASSOCIATE MUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD. WHEREAS, pursuant to Part II, Section 68 of the Englewood Home Rule Charter, City Council may appoint one or aore Associate Judges, who shall sit at such times and upon such causes as shall be determined by the presiding Municipal Judge; and WHEREAS, previously hereto other Associate Municipal Judges have become unavailable as a result of the press of legal business, the City Council finds that it is necessary to appoint an Associate Judge of the Municipal Court. • NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO. Section 1 . That J. Louis Parkinson shall be and is hereby appointed as Associate Municipal Judge in and for the City of Englewood, Colorado. Said Associate Judge to serve at the pleasure of Council or until he shall resign or otherwise be unable to serve. Section 2. That the salary of said Associate Judge shall be as heretofore established by City Council.
