A RESOLUTION PHOVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS TO THE
HOUSING AU THORITY OF THE CI TY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO.
WHEREAS , the ~Oth Ge n e ral Assembly of the State of Colorado repealed and
t•cenact.cd , wJt.h am0ndrnc 11t.s , cc r t.nln ::;ect ions of th e Colorado Housin g Authorities
Law, notably C.R.S. 69-3-5 and C.R.S. 69-6-4; and
WHEREAS , the reenacted and amended Sections provide that each Local Governing
Body in the State must meet and appoint Commissioners to its local Housing Authority in
a manner provided for by the New Law.

ENGLEWOOD , COLORADO , as follows:

he local Housing Authority shall be composed of five (5) Commissioners
appointed by the Mayo r pursuant to the provisions of the newly enacted Section of C.R.S.
69 -3-5 (3)(a) or C.R.S . 69-6-4(3)(a), as applicable.
