That the Council hereby designates and authorizes the City Manager or a
r ep r es ent a t i v e duly authorized by him to conduct for and on behalf of the City of
Englewood , Co l ora do, neg otiations for the acquisition of real property above des-
cribed, inc l uding such efforts to acquire the same as may be required by law to be
made pr ior to the i n s titution of eminent domain proceedings.

upon by the partie s interested, after neg otiations in good faith, or in case the owner
of said parcel of land is incapable of consentin~, or his name or residence address is

to institute and p ro s ecut e to conclu s ion s uch proceed1n ~e a o ar e available under
Chapter 50 , Colorado Revi sed Statut es , 1963, as am e nded, ror the exercise of the power
or eminent domain .
