The Notic e to be published shall be in substantially the following form: N>TICE OF PUBLIC HEARI NG UPO N THE COSTS AND ASSESSMENTS FOR SIDEWALK IMPR>VE ME NT DISTRICT NO. 71, CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COIDRADO, AND OF A HEARING UPON A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE APPROVING SAID COSTS AND ASSESSMENTS. All own ers of real estate and property located in Sidewalk Improvement District No. 71 cre ated by Or d inance No. 20, Series of 1971, City of Englewood, Colorado, and all persons generally, a r e hereby notified that the construction of the improvements for Sidewalk District No . 71 has been completed and the costs thereof have been ascertained, and that the City Council is of the intent to approve and confirm the apportionment of said costs to each lot or trac t of land in s al e~ Districti to assess a share of said costs against each lot or tract in s a id Dist rict; and to prescribe the manner of collection and payment of said assessments; and that t h e City Council at its regular meeting on January 3, 1972, adopted a resolution setting forth i t s intent to approve said costs and assessments. Said pe r s ons a r e f urther notified as follows: (a) Th e whole cost of said improvements is the sum of $2,397.76. {b) Of said sum of $2,39 7.76, the City of Englewood will pay $1,625.96, leaving a balance of $7 71.80 to be assessed against the real property in said District.
