ant improvements in Grand County, Colorado as a portion of the
Ranc e Creek Transmountain Deiversion Project of said city. Such

2. That the City Council of the City of Englewood,

consisting in part of a reservoir and appurtenant improvements,
constitutes a public necessity.

4. That negotiations with the owners thereof, Glenn
A. Poole, L.E. Halladay and Franciscan Fathers of California,
have been carried out and that said negotiations have failed
and Lhc City is unabl e to agree with the owners upon the purchase
of said property.
5. That having nede a determination of necessity, and

proceedings to acquire said land hereinbefore desceibed, pursuant
