RESOLUT.ION NO. 43, SERIES OF 1970
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING ANNUAL SALARIES FOR THE CITY MANAGER, MUNICIPAL
JUDGE AND ALTERNATE JUDGE, CITY ATTORNEY AND ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, the City Council has by Resolution No. 38, Series of 1970, amended
the 1971 annual budget and adopted the same by Ordinance No. 37, Series of 1970:
and
WHEREAS, said City Council has by Ordinance No. 38, Series of 1970,
passed and approved the 1971 appropriation ordinance for all municipal purposes
including annual salaries for Council appointees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD,
COLORADO:
l. Th.:al consist e nt with the budget heretofore approved and the
appropriations to the general fund of the City relative to salaries, the following
annual salaries are hereby established for appointees of City Council for the
calendar year 1971 to wit:

$20,000 per annum
$16,008 per annum

ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21st day of December, 1970.
