RESOLUTION NO. 37, SERIES OF 1969
A RESOLUTION ADJUSTING AND AMENDING THE 1970 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the City Manager in accordance with the provisions of
the City Charter submitted a 1970 budget to the City Council on August
18, 1969: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Englewood has conducted
a public hearing on said budget on September 2, 1969 and has given con-
siderable study to the aforementioned budget on numerous occasions; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council to adjust and amend
the 1970 budget as submitted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Englewood, Colorado as follows:
Section 1. The following changes are to be made in the General
Fund in such a manner that all tables, sununaries and detailed items shall be
amended to reflect that which is set forth below:
