RESOLUTION NO. 41, SERIES OF 1967
WHEREAS, it is provided in Ordinance No. 27, Series of 1959
(Chapter 8, Section 8.9, Municipal Code of The City of Englew::>od,
Colorado), that rates and charges for the treatment and disposal of
san itary sewage at t h e Englewood sewage treatment plant may be estab-
lished and fixed by resolution of the City Council from time to time:
and
WHEREAS, the City Council, of the City of Englewood, at
a recessed regular session held March 27, 1961, adopted a Resolution
establishing a schedule for such rates and charges: and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain changes are
necessary to provide rates and charges for additional fixtures and
for add itional c atagories of users:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Englewood that the following schedules of rates and charges
for treatment and disposal of sanitary sewage at the Englewood sewage
treatment plant be effective and collected after January 1, 1968:
RATE SCHEDULE FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT
There are hereby established the following annual rates
and charges for the treatment of sanitary sewage from areas inside
and outside of City limits, except as may be designated in a specific
contract:

All of the above rates and charges shall be billed in quarter-annual
installments in advance, and shall become due and payable upon receipt
of bill, and shall become delinquent 30 days after date of bill.
