WHEREAS Section 22.5-7a(4) of the Municipal Code of tho City nf F.n'llrwonrl :'l llf-"h nr i z c•n 1111• Clly Counci l of th e City of Englewood, llcr receip t o f a reconunendation from the Planning Conunission of the City of En glewood and a public hearing before City Council, to authorize a building or structure located in the B-1, B-2 or I-1 zone districts to exceed either the height limitations or the gross floor area limitations imposed upon structures or buildings in said districts by the provisions of Chapter 22 of the said Municipal Code, and WHEREAS the First National Bank of Englewood has filed an application pursuant to the provisions of Section 22.5-7a(4) of the Municipal Code of the City of Englewood wherein it is requested that the height and gross floor area limitations for the B-1, B-2 and I-1 zone districts be waived so as to allow the said First National Bank of Englewood to erect a structure or building upon h0 followi n g described realty, portions of which realty is located within the B-1, B-2 and I-1 zone districts: A parcel of ground bounded on the south by State Highway No. 10: on the west by South Elati Street: on the north by South Cherokee Circle, and on the e ast by South Cherokee Street, and WHEREAS said application has been considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Englewood and said Commission has favorably reconunended the same to Council and there has been a public hearing held before City Council of the City of Englewood on the 16th day of September, 1968, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWCX>D, COLORADO, that, pursuant to the provisions of 122.5-7a(4) of the Municipal Code of the City of Englewood, the irst National Bank of Englewood, its successors and assigns, is hereby authorized to exceed the height limitations and the gross floor area limitations imposed upon the hereinabove described realty by virtue of the provisions of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of the City of Englewood and that Council hereby authorizes the said app licant, its successors and assigns, to erect a building or structure upon said realty in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications heretofore presented by said applicant to the Chief Building Inspector of the City of Englewood, so long as the construction of the same shall be in compliance with all other applicable statutes and ordinances of the City of Englewood. Lyon, City Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Englewood, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true and accurate and complete copy of a resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Englewood at its regular meeting on the 16th day of S eptember, 1968.
