September 20, 1969 October 5, 1969 October 10, 1969 October 14, 1969 Nomination petitions for elective office may be circulated. Last day a voter may move into the City of Englewood and be eligible to vote as well as meet the following requirements prior to election date: A. Citizen. B. Age 21. c. Resident of State one year. D. Resident of County 90 days. E. Resident of City 30 days. F. Resident of Precinct 20 days. Nomination petitions must be sub- mitted to the Department of Finance by 5:00 P.M. Each petition must be endorsed by the candidate indi- cating his acceptance of the nomina- tion. Election Commission will rule on nomination petitions . Last day that a resident may move from one precinct to another and be eligible to vote in the new precinct. Final day for amendment of nomina- tion petitions which did not contain sufficient number of electors. Notice of election is published. Final day for filing absentee ballot applications. Election. Election Commission canvasses the returns and certifies the results .
