Shall the City of Englewood adopt the following
amendment to the Home Rule Charter of the City of
~ lewood, Colorado?
Amendment No. 4
to the Charter of the City of Englewood con-
cerning the members of the fire department; FOR
designating all members of the fire depart-
ment as city employees; providing for the right
of members of the fire department to bargain
collectively with the City government; provid-
ing for the establishment of their wages and
benefits through collective bargaining; provid-
ing for binding arbitration of labor disputes
between the City government and employee
organizations representing members of the AGAINST
fire department; and denying to members of
the fire department the right to strike or with-
hold services.
Shall the City of Englewood adopt the following
amendment to the Home Rule Charter of the City of
Englewood, Colorado?

to the Charter 9f the City of Englewood estab-FOR
lishing provisions for recognizing and defining
the rights of all employees and the rights of
the City, establishing formal ruies and pro-
cedures to resolve all employee relations mat-
ters, and creating an independent Board of
Career Service Commissioners to resolve all AGAINST
impasses or to submit the same to a vote of
the people.

An ordinance prohibiting any person from
owning or leasing any building in the City of
Englewood, Colorado, for the purpose of ex-
hibiting or displaying any form of indecency
or obscene material.
