Dear Mr. Smith:
On December 23, 1~75, the City of Englewood will hold a .
special municipal' election to submit a general obligation
question to the electorate. Enclosed is a copy of the
ballot question as it should read.
We will need voting machine strips for sixteen (16) voting
machines and sample ballots. Our own print shop will be
printing the absent voter ballots •
