FOR APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE AGAINST APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE QUESTION 2 Shall there be adopted an ordinance vacating all streets, alleys, roads, avenues and other public ways and public grounds contained wit hin certain prope rty located in the Ci t y of Engl e wood, Arapahoe County, Colorado, co mmonly known as the Englewood City Park and certa in property adjo ining such park to the west, more particularly described in such ordinance at such time as the City of Englewood shall p erform its obligation to convey certain lands under that con- tract approved in People's Ordinance No. 1, Series of 1964? FOR APPROVAL O F ORD I NANCE AGAINST APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE QUESTION 3 Shall t here be a dopted an ordinance authorizing and directing execution of a le a s e by t he City of Engl e wood, a s t e nant, of certain p rope rt y at 3400 Sout h Elati Street, Englewood, Colorado, from C. A.
