Registration.

Last day for Registration.
Publish Notice of Election and post
copy of the Notice at the Off ice of
the Director of Finance-City Clerk.
A sign designating the polling place
shall be posted at each polling
place (must be posted at least 10
days prior to the election).
Last day for an application for an
absentee ballot.
Election.
